Section 1

Orders and Customisation

1. 1.1 All products are custom-made according to the design you provide or select.
2. 1.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and high-quality designs. Low-resolution or unclear designs may affect print quality.
3. 1.3 You may upload designs, resize, and position them on the chosen garment using our online customisation tool.

Section 2

Printing and Embroidery

1. 2.1 We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing and vinyl where suitable to produce high-quality, durable prints.
2. 2.2 Embroidery is available on request. Please contact us for enquiries regarding embroidery services.
3. 2.3 All designs are printed or embroidered according to the specifications you approve during the order process.

Section 3

Payment

1. 3.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
2. 3.2 We accept credit and debit card payments at checkout.
3. 3.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, but your order will be charged at the price confirmed at checkout.

Section 4

Delivery

1. 4.1 We deliver across the UK. Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout.
2. 4.2 Standard production time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on order size and complexity.
3. 4.3 Delivery times may be extended in cases of high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Section 5

Returns and Refunds

1. 5.1 All items are custom-made, and refunds are only offered if there is a manufacturing fault.
2. 5.2 If a product is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
3. 5.3 Exchanges or modifications after the order is placed are not guaranteed.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

1. 6.1 You retain ownership of the designs you submit for printing.
2. 6.2 By submitting designs, you confirm that you have the right to use all content, including logos, images, and text, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. 6.3 LYNX Print Lab reserves the right to refuse printing of designs that violate copyright, trademarks, or are deemed inappropriate.

Section 7

Liability

1. 7.1 LYNX Print Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
2. 7.2 We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
3. 7.3 We make every effort to ensure product quality, but slight variations in colour, print, or garment style may occur.

Section 8

Governing Law

1. 8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
2. 8.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
